
NUTRITION COACHING
My name is Megan Moreland. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition. Shortly after that I obtained my Certified Personal Training Certificate and a Culinary of Arts Certificate from Cincinnati State, and currently I am studying to become a Certified Wellness Coach. For the past decade I have been running my Health and Wellness business Mpire out of Newport Fitness.

I decided this year to start adding in nutritional coaching as a service to those within the gym community, and I am so passionate about helping people feel good about the choices they are making inside and outside of the gym! Pricing Options
INITIAL ONE-ON-ONE SESSION ($50)

Includes: macro plan, healthy grocery list, strategies to overcome common barriers,
education on timed nutrition, meal prep ideas, an InBody Scan.
ADD-ONS

$15 for weekly check-ins and correspondence (for 6 weeks)

$30 for an additional sit-down at the end of 6 weeks to lay out future goals and maintenance.
