Event #1

We are excited for our first em's fitkids competition!

DATE: SUNDAY, 9/15

TIME: 11:00AM - 12:15PM

General Info

The workouts are designed to be fun, challenging, yet still doable for the Kids! While the athletes do not need to be participants in Em’s FitKids classes to be a part of the event, we do recommend that your child has some experience lifting lightweight dumbbells, can jump, run, and carry small objects anywhere from 5lbs to 30lbs depending on their age. There will be two divisions, the age range is a suggestion. The skill level is the determining factor as to which division you should register your athlete in. We want everyone to feel welcomed to participate, so of course modifications for each movement will be provided! If an athlete wants to register and may need to modify we encourage them to join us, reps for modified WODs will be calculated after RX reps.

Ages 2-7 (2-4 Division, 5-7 Division) anyone can grab
a sheet and color it, and hang it in the gym!

We will have a link and a QR code to vote on your favorite sheet!
