How to Conatct Us
As of January 1st, we no longer have use of the texting system linked to the phone number 859-374-8579 (also know as "BRODY.") This was linked to our Mindbody system. SO PLEASE DELETE THIS NUMBER FROM YOUR CONTACTS.
If you need to contact us, please use the following methods. All of these methods are currently active and we generally reply within 24 hours (and generally much sooner if during business hours).
1) Our new texting system # is 859- 376-5474 This is a 2-way texting system that we can communicate back and forth with you. We also have the number 859-905-0271 (however this number can't send links).
2) Email us at info@newport-fitness.com
3) Direct Message on the StreamFit App on the CHAT section to Emily Wagner.

StreamFit Features & Notifications
We have officially launched our new member check-in system and app! Thanks for bearing with us as we are still sorting through some of the glitches. We hope you like the new system and the cool new features it has to offer!
HOW TO DISABLE OR LIMIT NOTIFICATIONS

Go to MORE, then MESSAGES.

Click on the Gear Icon in the top right. There you will be able to turn off any notifications related to the app, email and texts. We apologize for any excessive push notifications and emails you may have received.
COOL FEATURES TO CHECK OUT!

Be sure to visit the Chat Section and join your class-type chat! We encourage members to use the chat to give shout-outs, ask questions, post PRS and just general fun engagement with your fellow members! Our plan is to transition away from the facebook groups and just use the Chats.

Personal DMs - You can also use the chat feature to personally message gym members. Please feel free to use this DM feature to message Emily Wagner for any gym related questions.

Go to MORE, then Messages. This is where all of our communication to you can be found including weekly announcements, newsletters, emails and texts we have sent to you.

The Open is world wide CrossFit online competition used as a qualifier for the CrossFit Games. However, over the years it has evolved into a fun community event for all ability levels and age groups offering modifications for the every day person, not just the elite athletes.
During the Open dates listed above, we will come together over a 3-week period for Friday Night Lights to sweat it out together and cheer each other on AND of course throw in some fun-filled Themes, Teams and post WOD party time!
We will release registration details in the coming weeks! Stay tuned!

Annual Member Survey
Each year we put out an anonymous survey asking for our member's feedback and suggestions. We use this feedback to help make improvements to better your experience for the upcoming year!
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a section asking you to evaluate the training staff. We use this survey for their annual reviews which could impact raises, bonus, hours, etc. So if you have something great to say about a trainer, please do! Any positive feedback on what you like about someone is always great to hear! Certainly, we are also looking for constructive criticism as well, so that our coaching staff can evolve to better serve your needs!
We will take time to read and review each and every survey. While we may not be able to implement every suggestion, will do our best to address any concerns and make changes within our means!
Coming Soon Mimi's Macros at Newport Fitness!
We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Mimi’s Macros, a local meal prep
company dedicated to creating delicious, healthy meals and delivering them right to your
door. Mimi’s meals are designed to help you leverage proper nutrition to achieve your 2025
fitness goals. Mimi’s utilizes a cook to order model, ensuring that your food is fresh and
never frozen. The focus is on macronutrient-balanced nutrition, featuring high protein, low
fat, and low carbs without sacrificing on taste or portion size.
You will be able to order your meals at the gym, and they will be delivered to the glass
refrigerator every Sunday for your convenience. Mimi’s Macros has no contracts,
subscriptions, or ordering minimums so you can order as much or as little as you want; when
it’s convenient for you!

Beginner CrossFit!
If any of our Fitcamp, Boxing Bootcamp and challenge members (or just anyone wanting to check us out) want to give CrossFit a try, you have 2 easy options!
1) We hold a FREE Beginner CrossFit Class Every Wednesday from 6:30PM - 8:30PM
* Just pre-register on your StreamFit app. PS - This counts as 2 Classes towards the Committed Club goal or the Challenge Goal

How to get signed-up?
CHILDREN OF CURRENT MEMBERS:
NOTE: If you are already on the FitKids unlimited plan or a 10-class, then we have already adjusted your monthly pricing or added extra visits.
Step 1: Using the StreamFit App, go to Memberships, Scroll to find the unlimited option or drop-in option. IMPORTANT - YOU NEED TO PURCHASE FOR YOUR CHILD (not yourself). So please pay attention to the next step.
Step 2: Now Hit Purchase. Under Payment Information, there is a DROP-DOWN. Select the child's name and do this for each of your children who wishes to participate. If your child's name is NOT listed, you will need to add them to your account. To do this, Go to MORE, Then Account, and Add Your Children to Your account. Then Go back in and repeat Step #1 ad #2 for each kid.

COMMITTED CLUB RULES
We are changing up the Committed Club Rules and Prizes for 2025! See details below.
New Committed Club Goal = 12 Classes/Month
All-in Club Goal = 20+ Classes/Month
* Anyone who hits the Committed Club Goal for the 1st time in 2025 will receive a FREE Water Bottle.
* Each month you hit the goal you will receive a Committed Club or ALL in CLUB sticker for your water bottle corresponding to the month to help you keep track of your total months.
* Anyone who hits the Goal 9 out of 12 months out of the year will be entered in a drawing to win a Free 6-Month Membership at our Annual Member Party. The first month started in Sept 2024.
NOTE: We still have plenty of Committed Club T-Shirts left. If you started in 2024 and will have at least 2-months in row (Including January 2025), you may continue to work towards your free-t-shirt for hitting the Committed Club 4-months in a row.
COMMITTED CLUB RAFFLES!
Free Option: Anyone who hits the goal will be entered in a raffle to win a Free $20 Amazon Gift Card.
$5 Option: As a bonus option, you can sign up for the Committed Club BIG CASH Raffle! Go to your dashboard on the StreamFit app and sign up for the raffle. You can sign up whenever you want as long as it is before the monthly drawing. You must have hit the goal to be included in the drawing. 100% of the pot will be the raffle earnings.
PLUS - Any classes you came to above 12 classes will be extra chances entered in the pot.
Example: 150 people hit the goal and paid the $5. Cash Prize = $750.
Suzie came 12 times = 1 chance in the raffle
Johnny came 25 times = 1 chance for hitting goal + 13 extra classes = 13 extra chances = 14 Total Chances
