App Instructions: 


  • To login, go to the "My Scores" tab.

  • Once you have logged into the app, please tap on the "Challenges" tab. All other tabs refer to the in person classes. 

  • Select your challenge date. 

  • Your custom calorie count and macro count will also be found under the 6 week challenge tab. Click the word "Nutrition".

  • Your 6 week workout goal is 18 Online classes – 3 per week. One workout will be posted daily at 8PM Eastern the night before. If you complete the workout, click on the  “I DID IT!” button to track your workout class goal. You can refer back to previously posted workouts and complete them at a later date. 

    • NOTE: Anyone who hits the 18 class workout goal will receive a 20% discount towards an in person challenge.
