How long have you been doing FitCamp? Coming up on a year! Though I mainly stick to boxing & high-intensity classes.
What made you decide to try CrossFit/FitCamp? The free 6-week challenge ad that kept popping up on my Facebook feed lol
What did you think after your first workout? I was excited! Sore, very sore, but it definitely motivated me to come back.
What's your FAVORITE movement? RDL's or box step-ups, all about them glutes ;-)
What's your LEAST favorite movement? Burpees. Enough said.
Any advice for those just getting started on their fitness journey? Just keep coming back. Modify every single thing if you have to, just keep showing up!

Taylor - she pushes me to do my best. She's direct and to the point, which I love (and need) plus she's super chill & kind. Megan - her attitude and energy is absolutely contagious. Saturday Boxing Bootcamp is the best. Adam - I mean come on, it's Adam! His attitude, personality, vibe, all his stories, he's an absolute gem!
