How long have you been doing FitCamp? 6 months with FitCamp and Boxing
What made you decide to try FitCamp? My husband and I recently relocated to the area and were looking for a gym that had both CrossFit and other classes. I’ve always liked a workout that combines cardio and weights. FitCamp was a perfect option.
What did you think after your first workout?
My thoughts were I’m so sweaty, who the hell is Adam and what have I got myself into! Haha..
What's your FAVORITE movement? I love using a kettlebell. It works so many muscles that I don’t think about. I also really enjoy mitts training in boxing class.
What's your LEAST favorite movement? If I never had to do a burpee again I wouldn’t be mad.
Any advice for those just getting started on their fitness journey?
You’re never “too” this or “not enough” that to develop a fitness routine that works for you. Showing up is half the battle and by simply showing up you’ve already won.

Coach Adam and Coach Megan - thank you for being motivating and fun! To the 4pm crew, I’m so glad I get to complain about workouts with you. You all make it fun!
