How long have you been doing CrossFit? 6.5 years


What made you decide to try CrossFit? Get back in shape after childbirth


What did you think after your first workout? That my body was made out of jello and everybody around me is a genetic freak. I thought there is no chance I could get much better from where I was.


What's your FAVORITE movement? Rope Climbs


What's your LEAST favorite movement? Running


Any advice for those just getting started on their fitness journey? Show up every time regardless what the workout is. It's easy to get discouraged benchmarking yourself to other people who may be stronger or faster but what really matters is your improvement against your yesterday - YOU!
