How long have you been doing CrossFit? On and off for 10 years. Been with FitCamp for a year.
What made you decide to try CrossFit? Wanted to try something new. Wasn't getting too far on my own.
What did you think after your first workout? I was humbled and couldn't wait to go back.
What's your FAVORITE movement? Burpees (Auto correct changed burpees to burgers) Both are up there.
What's your LEAST favorite movement? Running
Any advice for those just getting started on their fitness journey? Don't worry how far along everyone else is on their journey, just concentrate on good form and modify when needed. Everything else will come.
