Congrats to Melissa Rayls, one of our Feburary FitCamp Members of the Month!

How long have you been doing FitCamp? Just passed 1 year!

What made you decide to try FitCamp? I was fed up with being tired all the time and overweight. I needed a change.

What did you think after your first workout? Holy $#*%, I'm not going to be able to walk for the next 6 weeks.

What's your FAVORITE movement? Wall Walks! So challenging yet fun at the same time.

What's your LEAST favorite movement? Devils Press or Man Makers. They both suck equally.

Any advice for those just getting started on their fitness journey? Getting there is the hardest part of the journey. Make sure to ask questions if you don't understand something. The coaches and the members want nothing but the best for you and they are all awesome.

Would you like to give any shout-outs? Shout out to my fitness ride-or-die (and other member of the month) Jess. If she didn't agree to be my valentine +1 for the 6 week challenge last year, I wouldn't be where I am now. Thank you for creating the spark in me to be better and being by my side the entire time through this journey. I want to thank Coach Adam for being so welcoming, fun, and energetic. You are such an amazing coach. I wouldn't have stayed after the 6 weeks challenge if I didn't enjoy your classes as much as I do. Coach Taylor for always being so friendly, positive, and supportive. Thank you for getting so excited for me when I complete a new skill for the first time. Your energy and positivity is contagious. Coach Tim for always helping me improve no matter what we are doing in class that day. I appreciate you always watching out for me and making your classes so fun and enjoyable. Thanks to my fit-fam (too many people to list). I look forward to seeing all of you everyday and I'm so thankful for each and every one of you.
