Congrats to Katie Qualls, our CrossFit Member of the Month! Katie is great to have in class, she puts in the extra work to push for that next level! She keeps pretty quiet (unless you have a do), and is very genuine and friendly to everyone she meets!

How long have you been doing CrossFit? About 1 year
What made you decide to try CrossFit? I've been a swimmer all my life. I knew when I retired from swimming I needed something to keep me active. A few of my coaches and teammates did CrossFit and it looked fun, so thought I'd give it a try and here we are!
What did you think after your first workout? It was a challenge! But also a fun challenge! I'm always up for a fun challenge.
What's your FAVORITE movement? Cleans of Back Squats!
What's your LEAST favorite movement? Devils press are the worst
Any advice for those just getting started on their fitness journey? Show up and do what you can! Not every day will be the best but as long as you tried, that's all you can ask of yourself!
Would you like to give any shout-outs to other members or coaches? Shout out to my 6am crew for always pushing me! We all love some competition! Shout out to Taylor for putting up with our shenanigans and always willing to help!
