What did you think after your first WOD? It really made me push myself. I struggled my first class but with commitment and persistence I was able to make it through.
What has been your favorite Fitcamp memory so far? Probably meeting my friend Aly. She and I have become super close. We are taking a trip to Asheville together in March.
What is your favorite movement? Clean & Jerk for sure.
What is your least favorite movement? Box Jumps
Do you follow any specific diet? I have been gluten free for almost 2 months. It really helps me get energized for the workouts.
What has been the biggest improvement you've seen from your training? I have lost 4 inches around my waist.
What advice do you have for beginners? Keep coming back no matter what. Even when your head is telling you you can't do it and you want to stop, keep coming back. It gets better. You will get stronger.
What are your goals for the future? Definitely to move over to the CrossFit side. My goal is to be over there by the summer.
