What made you decide to try CrossFit? Friends & family recommended it and the challenge sounded fun!
What did you think after your first workout? My body hurts.
What's your FAVORITE movement? Box Jumps
What's your LEAST favorite movement? Overhead squat
Any advice for those just getting started on their fitness journey? Do the challenge, and follow the nutrition aspect closely. Learned a lot from that.
