Upcoming Schedule Changes​​

Sunday, 9/15 - 10:45AM High-Intensity Mix class is canceled due to our Family Fit Day.

Monday, 9/16 - We will be combining all CrossFit & Fitcamp classes that day into High-Intensity Mix Classes to complete a community workout for Adaptive & Competitor Athlete Appreciation Day. We will also be offering TWO (2-hour) FREE Beginner CrossFit Orientations as well.

High-Intensity Mix Classes: 6AM, 7AM, 9:30AM, Noon, 3PM, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM​

Beginner CrossFit Classes: 6AM - 8AM, 6PM - 8PM

Saturday, 11/9 - We will combine the 10:15AM CrossFit & Fitcamp Classes that day into a High-Intensity Mix class for set-up for a private event in the Fitcamp area.

November 23 - 24th - CLOSED due to CrossFit Headquarters Level One Seminar. Stay tuned for alternative workout options.

We have officially launched our new member check-in system and app! Thanks for bearing with us the first few weeks as we sort through a few glitches. We hope you like the new system and the cool new features it has to offer!

Go to MORE, then MESSAGES.

Click on the Gear Icon in the top right. There you will be able to turn off any notifications related to the app, email and texts. We apologize for any excessive push notifications and emails you may have received.

COOL FEATURES TO CHECK OUT!

Be sure to visit the Chat Section and join your class-type chat! We encourage members to use the chat to give shout-outs, ask questions, post PRS and just general fun engagement with your fellow members! Our plan is to transition away from the facebook groups and just use the Chats.

Go to MORE, then Messages. This is where all of our communication to you can be found including weekly announcements, newsletters, emails and texts we have sent to you.

Stay tuned for some fun facts and highlights about competing athletes and their hard core training habits!

During the 6PM high-intensity mix class, the adaptive athletes will be joining in to take part in our daily WOD designed by Coach Tim as he prepares during his final week before attending the CrossFit/Wheel WOD Games!

Family Fit Day
Join us September 15th for a Family Fit Day, which will kick off our Member Appreciation Week! Start your day off with our High-Intensity Mix workout at 10AM and then stay after to enjoy all the fun festivities we have planned.

We are using a new company (one of our fellow Newport Fitness member's- Thanks Alison!) and they are able to offer LOTS of colors, styles, tanks, crops, short and long sleeve T's and Sweatshirts. August Committed Club
If you hadn't heard, we have a Committed Club at Newport Fitness! Your goal is to attend 14 or more classes within the month.

Any member who hits this goal is entered in a drawing to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card Monthly drawing.

Any member who hits the goal 4 months in a row wins a Committed Club T-Shirt.

Any member who has hit the goal 9 months since the start of our club (October was the 1st month) will be entered in a drawing to win a Free 6-month membership at our Annual Member Appreciation Party.
