Weigh In & Seminar Options 

Option #1- Saturday, 1/2, 10AM - Noon

* Wear workout clothes.

* If you paid for measurements, arrive between 9:20AM & 9:50AM to get weighed in.

Option #2- Monday, 1/4, 6PM - 8PM

* Wear workout clothes.

* If you paid for measurements, arrive between 5:20PM & 5:50PM to get weighed in.

Option #3- Virtual Orientation

* You can watch at your own convenience.
