Thursday (10/9) - Skill Work/Deadlift Cycle​
For this 8-week cycle (as an experiment), we are rotating the deadlift cycle and the skill work back and forth between locations each week. This allows people who need the skill work to practice and allows those who prefer the strength to lift instead.
​
* Skill of the Week (At Newport Fitness ONLY): Pull-Ups
* Week 2 of the deadlift cycle will be at the FORT THOMAS location (CrossFit SOTO)
