​HOW TO DISABLE OR LIMIT NOTIFICATIONS

  • Go to MORE, then MESSAGES. 

  • Click on the Gear Icon in the top right. There you will be able to turn off any notifications related to the app, email and texts. We apologize for any excessive push notifications and emails you may have received.

COOL FEATURES TO CHECK OUT! 

  • Be sure to visit the Chat Section and join your class-type chat! 

  • Personal DMs - You can also use the chat feature to personally message gym members.

  • Go to MORE, then Messages. All communication we send via email, text or DM can be found here.

WEEKLY CROSSFIT PROGRAMMING NOTES

WEEK 8 of 8:​​

It's max out week! It was really fun to watch everyone working hard during Monday's CrossFit Total. Lots of well deserved PRS! Keep up the great work! 

​

We continue on this week with a few more max lifts. 

Tuesday: Max Hang Snatch 

Friday: Max Hang Clean

Saturday: Max Bench Press

​

Our next programming cycle will run 11/24 - 12/4 (6-weeks). This cycle will have a strength focus on Front Squats (Mondays), Bench Press (Tuesdays), Clean and Jerk (Fridays), and a Snatch Complex on Saturdays. We will max out again the first week of January to start our New Year's cycle. 

​

*Note: we will be releasing our end of year annual survey in early December to provide feedback and suggestions for 2026 on all aspects of the gym. There will be a section on programming. The next 6-week cycle has already been created, but we will certainly take time to evaluate your programming feedback for 2026!

Upcoming Renovations

Please excuse the mess! This week at CrossFit SOTO, we will be finishing up the painting in the lobby and removing the front desk. We will also be removing the black wooded floor area of the gym and replacing with rubber mats and painting the main gym area. We hope to have everything back together by early next week. 

​

New Building Update

For those unaware, we will be relocating Newport Fitness within the next 5 months due to Kroger taking over the building. I was really hoping to have a final announcement regarding the relocation by now, but we are still working through some details. We will be sure to announce once everything in finalized. PLEASE NOTE that our prospects are very close to our current facility - so no need to worry about a far away move!
