Coach Tim's Fundraiser FitFest Day
Due to low sign-ups on the fundraiser comp, we will instead be hosting a Fundraiser Fitfest day.

💰Cost : Anyone can attend class as normal. However, if you want to eligible for the prizes, please consider donating $5 to help Tim reach his fundraising goal to help cover his travel costs to the games.

Part 1
Find a Max Snatch in 7 minutes for CrossFit and Total weight moved for FitCamp (pick a weight and AMRAP DB Snatches in 7 minutes. The DB weight multiplied by the reps will equal the weight lifted)

This Wednesday, 8/20 is the LAST Newport on the Levee workout of the summer!
FC Cincinnati will be leading the workout this week. Let's get a big showing of Newport Fitness members tp show our support and show them how it's done!

​I am working hard on my search to find us a new home! We have a couple great, nearby locations we are actively pursing and hope to have a resolution soon. Stay tuned!
