CrossFit is a unique style of high-intensity group fitness classes. It combines various forms of weightlifting, cardio and traditional body weight exercises. The workouts are different every single day, so you never get bored!
Each class is led by one or more certified trainers guiding, coaching and motivating you through each part of the class.
Never done CrossFit before?
No problem! Register for one of our FREE Beginner CrossFit Classes to learn proper form and technique on all of the weightlifting movements and learn modifications for any challenging skills. There will be a workout as part of the classes putting in to practice what you learned. We require 3 Beginner Classes before entering the regular CrossFit Classes.
Beginner CrossFit Class Times
Monday: 6AM - 7AM, 7:15 - 8:15PM
Tuesday: 7:15PM - 8:15PM
Wednesday: 6:15 - 7AM, 6PM - 7PM
Thursday: 6:15AM - 7AM, 7PM - 8PM
Saturday: 11:15AM - 12:15AM
