​HOW TO DISABLE OR LIMIT NOTIFICATIONS

Go to MORE, then MESSAGES.

Click on the Gear Icon in the top right. There you will be able to turn off any notifications related to the app, email and texts. We apologize for any excessive push notifications and emails you may have received.

Memorial Day Weekend Murph

Date: Saturday, May 24th: Memorial Day Murph Fundraiser and WOD.

We will honor our fallen war heroes by completing the WOD "Murph" on Memorial Day Weekend.

Sign up for a heat on the StreamFit app: 7:30a, 8:30a*, 9:30a, 10:30a*. *childcare available during 8:30 and 10:30 heats.

BYOB and chair to stay after your heat and cheer on your fellow members!

NOTE: We will also have open gym times available on Sunday, 4/25: 8:30AM - 10AM and Monday, 4/2:6 8AM -10:30AMish.

If completing Murph during any of the open gym times, please allow yourself 90 minutes to complete and recover from the WOD. The trainer in charge will NOT stay past the listed open gym times, so please plan accordingly.​

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
I sincerely apologize, but I am holding off on purchasing the Committed Club water bottles. This is an item that we need to purchase in a large bulk size. We are getting CLOSE to picking a new location. The good news is that all locations we are looking at are close by (3 - 8 minutes from the current space). However, several of our top picks are in Covington and Bellevue (and several in Newport). Should we choose one of the locations outside of Newport, we will need to change the name and re-brand. As soon as we know the location, we will get the water bottles ordered either with our existing logo (or possibly new one!)

IMPORTANT: Parking update
Kroger will be starting construction on the large lot across the street sometime very soon! Starting immediately, you have the options to park in the following areas:

Street Parking

Side parking lot next to Marx Fabrication

Large lot behind the building. It says that it costs money, but our members are FREE to park there. We are working on getting some parking passes made up, but you will be fine in the mean time. (Enter the back door of the CrossFit area. Our coaches have been instructed to keep this propped open).

We can't guarantee you that you won't get towed if you park in the OLD BUILDER'S S SURPLUS lot (large lot across the street), so please abide by these new designated parking options. Thank You!
