​HOW TO DISABLE OR LIMIT NOTIFICATIONS

  • Go to MORE, then MESSAGES. 

  • Click on the Gear Icon in the top right. There you will be able to turn off any notifications related to the app, email and texts. We apologize for any excessive push notifications and emails you may have received.

  • Be sure to visit the Chat Section and join your class-type chat! 

  • Personal DMs - You can also use the chat feature to personally message gym members.

Annual Anonymous Survey

It's time for our annual anonymous survey. Please take a minute to provide us feedback and suggestions. We do take time to read each and every survey. While we won't be able to implement all suggestions, we will do our best to make improvements for 2026. Our goal is to improve our member experience each and every year! Also, while we appreciate any constructive suggestions, we are also looking for positive testimonials that we can use for our website and socials.

NOTE: There is an important staff section where we ask you to rate the trainers. Please only rate them if you have had them AT LEAST twice as a coach. We do take time to review these ratings and comments with the staff and take all comments into consideration for yearly bonus and raise decisions. So please provide ALL feedback both negative and positive.

Upcoming Renovations

Please excuse the mess! We are slowly but surely working through the renovations at CrossFit SOTO. This week's agenda includes getting the wall ball racks back up, painting the wall ball lines and starting to relocate the rig to create more floor space. 

 

We do need some help on a few things...

​

1) Does anyone have any nice furniture they would like to donate to replace our front lobby furniture?

​

2) Does anyone have any artistic talent to paint a logo on the wall using a projector? Can workout a trade.  
 

New Building Update

For those unaware, we will be relocating Newport Fitness within the next 5 months due to Kroger taking over the building. I was really hoping to have a final announcement regarding the relocation by now, but we are still working through some details. We will be sure to announce once everything in finalized. PLEASE NOTE that our prospects are very close to our current facility - so no need to worry about a far away move!
