WEEKLY CROSSFIT PROGRAMMING NOTES
WEEK 6 of 8:​​

Strength Cycle: We enter week 6 of 8 of our strength cycle prepping to max out the week of 11/17. Monday, 11/17 will be a fun, classic CrossFit lifting session called the "CrossFit TOTAL."
​
Benchmarks: Em's Fitfest will start out with "Grace" which is 30 clean and jerks for time. Be sure to log your score and compare to 9/26!
​
​Skill of the Week: Handstand Walk
* Note: the skill work will be at the Newport location this week. If you wish to complete the deadlift cycle, please attend the Fort Thomas location.

November is a month to give thanks! And we are so very thankful for our amazing community of members at Newport Fitness and CrossFit SOTO and we want to celebrate with you!

We will hold a Dip Bar Potluck at Newport on Saturday, 11/15 at 2PM and a Friendsgiving Breakfast at CrossFit SOTO on Sunday, 11/16 following the 9AM class.

This week, we celebrate 8 years of Em's Fitcamp on November 6th! On Monday, 11/4 - we will do a Happy Birthday WOD and on Thursday (11/6) we will do the first ever Em's Fitcamp WOD!

Upcoming Renovations
Starting on Monday, 11/3 (Tomorrow), we will begin some painting and renovations at CrossFIT SOTO. We will be freshening up the restrooms and front lobby to start! Please excuse the mess. More details to come once we get the timeline figured out.
