How long have you been doing FitCamp?

Jenny: 1 year

Chad: Almost a year


What made you decide to try FitCamp?

J: Wanted to try something new & boot camp was a great idea.

C: I did CrossFit with you years ago & Jenny & I decided to try FitCamp 6 Week Challenge & love it. We also like Adam, he keeps us motivated.


What did you think after your first workout?

J: What the hell did I get myself into?!?

C: Does this get any easier & will I always be this sore.


What's your FAVORITE movement?

J: ...

C: I love arm days!!


What's your LEAST favorite movement?

J: Burpee & Devil Presses

C: Can't stand lunges.


Any advice for those just getting started on their fitness journey?

J: Just try it! The challenge is a lot of fun & you will be amazed at what you really can do.

C: Stick with it through the soreness & make your workouts something you enjoy doing.


Would you like to give any shout-outs?

J: Coach Adam is incredible, he will push you & modify the exercies if needed.

C: Of course Adam, thank you for keeping us moving & motivated. You always give us your all! Shout out to Emily as well for the promotions, extra curricular activities & building a fun workout community where no one feels like a number.
