Congrats to Lucia Todd, our FitCamp Member of the Month for March!

How long have you been doing FitCamp? Off an on for about 5 years but started to attend consistently about 15 months ago

What made you decide to try FitCamp? I had done CrossFit but decided FitCamp was more for me. I tried one of the 6 week challenges and really like the combination of cardio and strength training. I feel like a get a complete workout and someone already planned it for me so I don’t have to figure out what I am going to do when I get to a gym.

What did you think after your first workout? I have a lot of work to do!

What's your FAVORITE movement? Probably anything with the plate or kettlebell swings

What's your LEAST FAVORITE movement? It used to be burpees but I don’t hate them like I used to. I avoid jump roping so I guess that is my least favorite.

Any advice for those just getting started on their fitness journey? Keep showing up! I stopped and started so many times and it is so easy to lose progress after just a few weeks. Even when I don’t want to go, I am always glad I made it into FitCamp!

Would you like to give any shout outs to any other members or coaches? Adam is fun and really makes people feel welcome! It is a very positive environment. I have been going to Tim’s classes on Sundays and he is great at providing feedback on form. All of the coaches are great and I looks forward to taking classes from any of them!
