How long have you been doing CrossFit? 3.5 years
What made you decide to try CrossFit? I had just moved to Cincinnati and I was looking for a gym. Previously lived in North Carolina and was going to a Kickboxing gym and playing Rugby so was looking to try something new and took the next steps. And fell in love with it
What did you think after your first workout? My first actual workout was Murph. And I hated every moment of it. But the good kind of hate that keeps you going. 😝
What's your FAVORITE movement? Handstand walking
What's your LEAST favorite movement? Burpees. But don’t mind a devils press
Any advice for those just getting started on their fitness journey?
Just take it one day at a time. Listen to your body. It’s ok to scale back and not get too hyper focused on RX
